Physics of Toys
Saturdays, July 18 and August 15, 2009
11am-3pm

On the third Saturday of every month, from 11am-3pm, the Exploratorium presents Physics of Toys, an interactive laboratory that explores toys in a one-on-one workshop in which children and adults alike investigate the science of everyday things. Take home what you make. Physics of Toys is included in the price of admission to the Exploratorium. The programs for July and August focus on reflections. Details are as follows:

How do toys use mirrors to amuse our minds and alter our views of the world? Peer into the mechanics of mirrors with Physics of Toys. Kaleidoscopes are just one of many reflective gadgets you can make and take home!
